Each Circle blends custom healing, movement, and guided dialogue for the set intention of the group. The Circles are created to explore meaningful change in a small group setting that offers support, understanding, and connection - encouraging community evolution. Private circles can be as small as 3-4 people, and larger community/corporate circles can be up to 12.
How did you come up with your approach?
My approach is shaped by years of leadership in creative industries alongside my work as a teacher and energy/sound healer. I strive for each Circle to be deeply held and thoughtfully guided. I factor in the intention of the Circle and group dynamic, and I prepare with the history and goaled future of each person in the Circle.
