Who do you work with?
I work with women of all ages, creating spaces that are supportive and deeply held. I also welcome children of all genders ages 11 and under. For anyone under 18, parental consent is required. I also ask that a parent or guardian experience a session first, so they can better understand the work and support their child with clarity and care. I work with all animals, but am currently only accepting canine clients.
What is a session like?
The intention is to create a grounded environment where your nervous system can settle and your experience can unfold naturally. All sessions take place with you fully clothed, resting on a massage table (occasionally seated if needed). Sessions are shaped around areas of focus such as stress, emotional processing, or balance, but the work always follows your energy rather than forcing an outcome.
How do I prepare and integrate after?
Arrive as rested as you can, stay hydrated, avoid alcohol or other altering substances for 12–24 hours before and after, and keep meals light. After a session, drink water, rest, and notice what your body needs over the next few days! Soak in salt water and ground your feet in earth.
Do I need prior experience or a certain level of physical ability?
Yoga, Reiki, Biofield Tuning, and Circles meet you where you are — physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically. Private yoga sessions may include movement and breathwork and can be more physically engaging, but every practice is customized to your body and comfort level. Biofield Tuning may not be appropriate for certain medical or neurological conditions, which we can discuss in our consultation. As with any new movement or healing practice, I encourage you to consult your medical and/or mental health practitioner before we begin work together.
Is this a medical practice?
The work offered through Rebirth Yoga and Healing is grounded in my training as a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, my certification in Biofield Tuning, and my experience as a Reiki Teaching Master. For more about my background and training, please visit the About Me page. These complementary practices are intended to support overall well-being. These services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or act as a licensed healthcare provider. You are encouraged to continue working with your healthcare providers and to share any complementary practices you are exploring. My intention is to support your well-being alongside—not in place of—the care you receive from licensed professionals.
