What is private yoga like?
My offerings are categorized as Vinyasa Flow. They are intentional practices that weave breathwork, movement, and meditation. Our focus will be presence and integration rather than attempting the trickiest yoga poses. We will work to quiet the mind, and move towards inner calm and true self, as well as spiritual connection.
Who do you teach to?
I currently offer private yoga to existing healing clients, and/or those committed to approaching yoga as a spiritual and healing practice on an ongoing basis.
Do you teach in any yoga studios?
I periodically will teach classes in local studios, and will post those offerings on my instagram.
